Holiday Magic has become dangerously well-treated, runs Southwell well and now drops in grade, so is of major interest in the 11.20 there today.
Mick Easterby’s seven year-old has won once and been placed three times in six starts over course and distance.
The success came back in January 2017 when he landed a 10-runner class 3 handicap by 3 1/4 lengths off a mark of 86.
He went on to finish a nhead second in a class 2 at Newcastle off 94 and third in a similar grade affair at Wolverhampton off 96.
Holiday Magic also ran well over course and distance back in January when a 1/2 length runner-up in a class 3 off 88 and again over CD in March when a 3/4 length second off 86 in another class 3.
He is now able to race off just 69, a career-low and a massive 17lb lower than when last victorious.
It gives him outstanding claism at the weights – especially now dropped down into class 5 company in which he has won twice and been placed once in four starts.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 5pts win Holiday Magic (3/1 Willliam Hill – BOG)
